Article 1. Publisher

The Trichos website (the "Site") is published by a private individual acting in a non-professional capacity (the "Publisher").

In accordance with Article 6, III, 2 of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the Publisher has chosen to remain anonymous. Their identification details have been provided to the Site's host, named in Article 2.

Article 2. Hosting

The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc., whose registered office is located at 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com).

Article 3. Access to the Site

The Site is freely accessible to any user with internet access (the "User"). All costs related to this access, including hardware, software and connection, are borne by the User.

The Publisher endeavours to keep the Site continuously available, without being bound to do so. Access may be suspended at any time, in particular for maintenance, without the Publisher being held liable.

Article 4. Intellectual property

The overall structure of the Site and all of its content (texts, images, videos, logos, the Trichos brand and name) are the exclusive property of the Publisher, unless otherwise stated, and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or use of these elements, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without the Publisher's prior written consent, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Article 5. Liability

The information published on the Site is provided for guidance only and may change. The Publisher cannot be held liable for any error or omission, nor for any damage resulting from the use of the Site or from the inability to access it.

Article 6. Personal data

The conditions under which the Publisher collects and processes Users' personal data are set out in the Privacy policy, available at the bottom of every page of the Site.

Article 7. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
